Scott Kitsmiller

Scott Kitsmiller is the bar manager at Gus’ Sip & Dip in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, where he helps lead a classic-cocktail program at the Lettuce Entertain You venue. He is a creative force behind the bar programs at Three Dots and a Dash and The Bamboo Room, and part of the team behind Gus’ Sip & Dip’s 2025 recognition from Bon Appétit and VinePair.
