Sean O'Toole

Sean O’Toole is the chef-proprietor of TORC in downtown Napa, California, where he opened the restaurant in 2013 and built a menu centered on produce from local farmers, craft cocktails, and premium ingredients. He is the restaurant’s chef and owner. The concept is his reimagining of fine dining in Napa. His career before TORC included work in New York, Paris, San Francisco, and Napa Valley, including roles with Floyd Cardoz, Daniel Boulud, Alain Ducasse, Laurent Gras, Ron Siegel, Bardessono, Michael Mina Group, Quince, and Cotogna.
