Sebastián Atienza

Sebastián Atienza is an Argentine bartender, hospitality entrepreneur, and co-founder of Tres Monos in Buenos Aires. Established in 2019, Tres Monos won the Michter's Art of Hospitality Award and ranked as the Best Bar in South America on The World's 50 Best Bars list. Atienza previously served as head bartender at Florería Atlántico and traveled globally as a brand ambassador for Campari. He also founded La Escuelita, a community cocktail academy providing free vocational hospitality training in Buenos Aires.
