Sebastian Holberg Svendsgaard is a Danish chef who works in Research & Development at Alchemist in Copenhagen. He represented Denmark at the Bocuse d’Or, winning the European final in 2024 and silver at the world final in Lyon in 2025. Sources also describe him as having worked at Babette and Geranium before joining Alchemist.
