i. Biography
Nina Højgaard Jensen is a Danish sommelier and the Wine Director at the restaurant Alchemist in Copenhagen. She earned global recognition as a two-time silver medalist at the ASI Best Sommelier of the World competitions in 2019 and 2023. Prior to Alchemist, she honed her craft at Danish dining institutions including Kong Hans Kælder, Restaurant Anarki, and Restaurant LYST.
