i. Biography
Sébastien Perisse is part of the family management of Domaine de Malartic in Sarragachies, Gers, where the estate produces Côtes de Gascogne, Floc de Gascogne, and Bas-Armagnac. The family estate has been in the Périssé family for five generations, and a Hachette Vins profile says Sébastien took over the domaine in 1997 after four generations before him. him is handling management and winemaking at the property.
