i. Biography
Shunichi Nakamura is the head distiller and chief blender at Kanosuke in Kagoshima, Japan, where he oversees production management, blending, and product development. He is a Kagoshima University graduate who joined Komasa Jyozo Co. Ltd. in 2005 and was promoted to his current distilling and blending leadership role in 2020. He is born and raised in Kagoshima and notes his earlier experience in production, sales, and cask management.
