i. Biography
Silvio Daniele is the General Manager of Cosmo Pony at Grand Hyatt Jakarta, the first overseas bar from Singapore’s Jigger & Pony Group and Jakarta’s The Union Group collaboration, which opened on 10 July 2024. Cosmo Pony’s menus and identity have been shaped under his leadership, including the opening “Rising City” program and the later “Cocktail Power” menu.
