Silvio Germann is the chef and co-pächter/partner at Mammertsberg in Freidorf, Thurgau, where he took over the restaurant in 2022 with Andreas Caminada. Before Mammertsberg, he spent seven years as Küchenchef at IGNIV by Andreas Caminada in Bad Ragaz, and earlier worked at D.O.M. in São Paulo after his culinary training in Switzerland. He was named GaultMillau Switzerland's Koch des Jahres 2024 and the Mammertsberg holds two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points under his leadership.
