Simon Crompton

Simon Crompton is a British-born bartender, hospitality veteran, and the founder of Door No. 4 in Grand Cayman. After working across Leeds and London, he relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2005 to join the opening team of Bar Jack at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, later tending bar at Agua Restaurant & Lounge and serving as Diageo's first brand ambassador in the Cayman Islands before establishing Door No. 4 in 2022. Under his leadership, Door No. 4 was named a Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards Top 10 Regional Finalist and listed on 50 Best Discovery.
