Søren Ledet

Søren Ledet is the co-founder, co-owner, general manager, and wine director of Geranium in Copenhagen, which he founded with chef Rasmus Kofoed in 2007. He moved from the kitchen to the dining room after Geranium’s early years and helped build the restaurant’s beverage program around biodynamic and organic wines. Geranium has held three Michelin stars and won the World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ award for hospitality, with Ledet cited as a central figure in the restaurant’s front-of-house leadership.
