Ronni Vexøe Mortensen is a Danish chef at Geranium in Copenhagen, where he has worked in roles including sous-chef, assistant head chef, and head chef. He returned to Geranium in 2018 after earlier experience there and work elsewhere in Copenhagen, and he won silver at Bocuse d’Or in 2021.
