Stefan Wilke is the Kitchen Director and Executive Chef at The Fontenay in Hamburg, a position he has held since 2015. Before taking on this role, he spent over a decade as Head Chef aboard the MS Europa and MS Europa 2. His culinary career began in Baiersbronn, where he trained at Restaurant Engel Obertal and later worked at Hotel Traube Tonbach.
