Stéphane Andrieux is the chef at Château de la Treyne in Lacave, in France’s Lot department, where he has worked since 1998. He earned his first Michelin star in 2001, and the restaurant is presented as Michelin-starred cuisine under his direction. A Gault&Millau profile also places him at Château de la Treyne and describes his style as a revisited terroir cuisine.
