i. Biography
Stéphane Léger is the chef at 8 Clos in Beaune, Burgundy, where the restaurant is listed at 8 rue d’Alsace. He is the operator/chef of 8 Clos and note his Burgundian cooking with a Mediterranean edge; a 2020 local report also says he took over the restaurant on 21 December and had apprenticed with Jean Crotet in Nuits-Saint-Georges. He is a former Michelin-starred chef.
