Stéphane Modat is the chef-owner of Le Clan in Quebec City, a role he has held since 2021. He previously served as the executive chef at Restaurant Champlain inside Fairmont Le Château Frontenac from 2013 to 2021. Earlier in his career, he co-founded L'Utopie and worked at Restaurant Initiale in Quebec City after beginning his culinary training in France.
