Stephen Lancaster

Stephen Lancaster is the Executive Chef of SÉZANNE at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, a role announced by Four Seasons effective April 1, 2026. Four Seasons says he was born in Tavistock, Devon, and trained in leading kitchens including Midsummer House in Cambridge and Oaxen Krog in Stockholm before opening his own Singapore restaurant, Poise, in 2022. Poise earned a Michelin star in its opening year, and Lancaster’s cooking at SÉZANNE is described as refined French cuisine shaped by Japanese seasonality and fermentation.
