i. Biography
Steve Lewis is the owner of Meadowlark Hospitality, the Logan Square hospitality group behind Lardon, Union, and The Meadowlark in Chicago. He is a Logan Square resident and veteran of the hospitality industry who, with Chris Thompson, launched the group in 2020 and opened Lardon in 2021, Union in 2022, and The Meadowlark in 2022. Lardon and Union have both received Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition, and The Meadowlark has been recognized among Chicago’s best bars.
