Supinya “Jay Fai” Junsuta is the owner and main cook of Raan Jay Fai on Maha Chai Road in Bangkok, Thailand, a street-side restaurant widely identified with her nickname, Jay Fai. Her restaurant earned a Michelin star in Bangkok’s inaugural Michelin Guide and has remained a Michelin-starred destination, making her one of the most recognized street-food chefs in Thailand. She is best known for wok-cooked specialties including crab omelette and crab fried noodles, and has been profiled internationally for her long-running cooking career at the same Bangkok shopfront.
