Sylvestre Wahid

Sylvestre Wahid is a French chef who took over the kitchens at Hôtel Thoumieux in Paris in 2015, where his gastronomic restaurant Sylvestre earned two Michelin stars in 2016. He later opened an intimate restaurant at Hôtel Les Grandes Alpes 1850 in Courchevel, where he crafts seasonal dishes in a small four-table setting.
