i. Biography
Takeshi "Goh" Fukuyama is a Fukuoka-born chef who started in French cuisine while still a high school student and later trained at Île-de-France and Mercury Cafe before opening La Maison de la Nature Goh in Nakasu in 2002. He is the chef and owner behind Goh in the 010 Building in Fukuoka, and he co-created GohGan with Gaggan Anand, expanding his portfolio within the same culinary complex. His restaurants have been recognized repeatedly by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, and Goh is listed in the 2025 ranking.
