Tam Kwok Fung is the Cantonese master chef behind Chef Tam's Seasons at Wynn Palace in Cotai, Macau, where he presents a seasonal concept built around the 24 solar terms of the Chinese calendar.. He previously built his reputation at Macau's Jade Dragon and at Wing Lei Palace before launching his Wynn Palace project.
