The Climb
Formal business training gave Theo Engela a framework for the commercial side of the trade, and he put it to work in wine from 2012 onward. At Chaffey Bros. Wine Co. in Tanunda, the co-owner and winemaker role became the anchor point; everything else followed as an extension of that base. The same pattern shows up in the later additions to his portfolio: each title adds another outlet for the same discipline, with hospitality, retail, and production kept in balance rather than treated as separate tracks.
