Tim Harless

Tim Harless is the founder, owner, and winemaker of Hat Ranch Winery in the Snake River Valley AVA outside Caldwell, Idaho, where he established the winery in 2011 and later acquired Vale Wine Company in 2014. He and his wife Helen launched their Idaho winery after moving from Texas, and the business operates a tasting room on the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. Harless’s wines have earned top competition results in Idaho, including best-of-show and multiple gold medals at the Idaho Wine Competition and other regional competitions.
