Titus Eliáš is the chef and co-owner of Na Kopci in Prague 5, where the restaurant serves French and Czech specialties and has been described as a family restaurant run by him for years. Sources also describe him as a chef who started his career at Prague’s Savoy Hotel, then worked at Circle Line, and later served as a consultant for Legendhotel in the Baltics before opening Na Kopci in Prague in 2008.
