Tomáš Černý is the chef and co-owner behind Dejvická 34 in Prague’s Dejvice district, where he has been involved from the restaurant’s first concept through day-to-day operations. He is an energetic chef who spent more than twenty years working in kitchens alongside prominent Italian chefs.
