i. Biography
Tommaso Morelato is the founder and CEO of Toscana Divino Hospitality Group, a Miami-based hospitality company that operates Italian concepts including Ironside Pizza, Toscana Divino, and Toscana Mare. He is a co-owner of Ironside Pizza and part of the ownership group behind the restaurant’s launch in Miami’s Ironside complex. He is leading the company’s expansion into residential hospitality and lifestyle services in South Florida.
