Tomoyuki Hayashi is the executive sushi chef at Mujō in Atlanta, where he joined in 2025 to work alongside executive chef J. Trent Harris. He is a native of Japan with more than 25 years of sushi experience, including prior leadership at Sushi Amane in New York City and 12 years at Sushi Azabu.
