Toni Mörwald is an Austrian chef and hospitality entrepreneur from Feuersbrunn, Lower Austria, born in 1967. He took over his parents’ business in 1989 and later built a group that includes his flagship restaurant "Zur Traube" in Feuersbrunn, Le Ciel in Vienna, and a restaurant at Schloss Grafenegg. He is also identified as a Relais & Châteaux grand chef and as an author of multiple cookbooks.
