Vanarin Kuch is the pastry chef and owner of Koffeteria, a Cambodian-American bakery and café in Houston’s East Downtown/EaDo neighborhood. Koffeteria opened in 2019 after Kuch returned to Houston following years working in top kitchens in New York and Chicago.
