Vay Su is a Los Angeles-based beverage professional and co-founder of Vandell in Los Feliz, a cocktail bar that opened in December 2025. He previously worked at République, where he met co-founder Shawn Lickliter, and the pair developed Vandell after years of planning and pop-ups under the name Double Dragon.
