    i. Biography

    Véronique Dalle is a Montréal-based sommelier and restaurateur associated with Foxy in Griffintown. She trained in sommellerie at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) and later at Suze-la-Rousse in France, worked in Europe, and returned to Montréal to lead Foxy; later profiles also describe her as co-owner and chief sommelier there. She was named Sommelière de l’année by Les Lauriers de la gastronomie and Best Sommelier in Canada by Canada’s 100 Best.
