i. Biography
Vicente Patiño is the chef-owner of Restaurante Saiti in Valencia, Spain, which opened in 2014 and has been awarded Two Soles by the Repsol Guide and recognition in the Michelin Guide. Born in Xàtiva, he won the Cocinero Revelación award at Madrid Fusión in 2007 before leading kitchens at Óleo and La Embajada. He trained at the Centro de Turismo de Gandía and staged with prominent chefs such as Nacho Manzano at Casa Marcial.
