Víctor Gutiérrez is a Peruvian-born chef based in Salamanca who opened his own restaurant there in 2001 and earned a Michelin star in 2004. He later became the gastronomic director and chef associated with Taller Arzuaga in Quintanilla de Onésimo, Valladolid, where the project received a Michelin star in 2019 and remained linked to him in restaurant listings and coverage afterward.
