i. Biography
Barry Andrews is the Executive Chef for Myazu in Riyadh, where he has led the restaurant’s culinary program for several years and helped expand its Japanese dining footprint through the launch of Robata in 2023. He is Glasgow-born and notes roughly two decades of culinary experience across Scotland, Asia, Australia, and London, with prior leadership roles at Nozomi and House of Ho., he was recognized as Executive Chef of the Year at the Caterer Saudi Awards.
