Brent Hudson is an Australian chef and hospitality operator associated with New York and Pennsylvania, where he has served as Executive Chef for Hole in the Wall and co-owner of Parched Hospitality Group. Brent started in the industry as a teenager, worked through restaurants from apprentice to head chef, and later spent four years in New York City before opening Hudson Botanical in Smoketown, Pennsylvania in 2021. Parched Hospitality Group lists him as Group Director of Operations, and the group’s concepts include Hole in the Wall, Isla & Co., The Sentry, Daintree, Sugar Momma, and Ghost Burger.
