Emanuele Bombardier

Emanuele Bombardier is the Executive Chef of Matsuhisa Paris at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, a role he has held since October 2022. Italian-born and Paris-based, he has spent more than 15 years working within the Nobu/Matsuhisa network in Europe and South Africa, building a career centered on Japanese cuisine and sushi craftsmanship. He won the 2019 French Sushi Championship and was later named laureate of the Coupe de France de Sushi in 2020.
