Victor Lugger is the co-founder of Big Mamma Group, the French restaurant group he launched with Tigrane Seydoux in Paris in 2013/2015, depending on the source. He is also publicly identified as co-founder and CEO of Big Mamma Group in interviews and event listings, and later continued as co-CEO/shareholder after McWin acquired a majority stake in 2023. His work with the group centers on Italian restaurant concepts designed around authentic products, immersive design, and high-volume hospitality, including East Mamma, Gloria, and La Felicità.
