i. Biography
Vincent Cantié founded Domaine La Tour Vieille in Collioure in 1982 to preserve the terraced vineyard heritage of the Cru Banyuls and Collioure, using family vines and later expanding the estate. He is the founder and owner, and wine merchant Vincent Cantié is a winemaker for Domaine La Tour Vieille alongside Christine Campadieu.
