Wong Wing Keung

Wong Wing Keung is the Executive Chinese Chef at Man Wah, the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Public profiles describe him as a third-generation Cantonese chef with nearly 40 years of experience who first joined Man Wah in 2011, later led Yee Tung Heen at The Excelsior Hong Kong to its first Michelin star, and returned to helm Man Wah in 2018. He has also been identified as former vice-president of the Hong Kong Chinese Chefs Association and as a mentor to younger chefs through the Chinese Culinary Institute and Towngas Cooking Centre.
