Yann Le Gall

Yann Le Gall is a French oenologist and the Chef de Cave of Champagne Jacquesson in Dizy, Champagne. Appointed cellar master in 2010, he manages vinification, oak cask aging, and assemblage for the house's numbered Cuvée 700 series and single-parcel bottlings. Following the acquisition of Jacquesson by Artémis Domaines at the end of 2022, Le Gall remained in charge of cellar operations, preserving the estate's signature low-intervention and terroir-driven style.
