i. Biography
Yodkwan U-Prumpruk is the head chef and a chef-owner at Sorn, the Bangkok restaurant known for modern interpretations of Southern Thai cuisine. He and Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiri opened Sorn in 2018 in a century-old house in Bangkok, and the restaurant went on to earn Michelin stars, including two stars and three stars. Jongsiri has also described Yodkwan as his childhood friend and a core part of Sorn’s growth.
