Gigi’s

Gigi’s puts two working disciplines side by side in Greenpoint: a rôtisserie and an extensive wine list. The menu makes the chicken the center of the meal, with roasted potatoes and sauces, while starters, salads, cheese and charcuterie give the bar its own range.

A focused kitchen format

The short menu leaves the rotisserie visible as the kitchen’s organizing idea. A guest can build dinner around the chicken or keep the visit to wine and a smaller plate. That flexible use of the room is part of the Fulgurances team’s description of Gigi’s as a neighborhood wine bar.
