Wine & Soul is the Douro project founded by winemakers Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges. Beginning with an old vineyard and a former Port lodge converted into a cellar, the couple built the winery around the traditional varieties and historic vineyards of the Pinhão Valley. Its limited-production wines use low-yielding old vines and restrained cellar work so that each vineyard and the Douro terroir remain central.
