    i. Biography

    Ahmed Jaayjaa is the winemaker and Giscours vegetable garden manager at Château Giscours in Labarde, in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux. He is working in the vineyard and in charge of the estate’s vegetable garden, where he collaborates with chef Benjamin Laurent to select produce for La Table de Giscours. A 2024 feature also places him among the estate’s team of staff, identifying him as the vigneron who tends the kitchen garden in addition to vineyard work.
