Benjamin Laurent

Benjamin Laurent is the head chef at Château Giscours in Labarde, in Bordeaux’s Margaux appellation, where he leads La Table de Giscours, the estate’s private dining experience. Château Giscours says he joined in March 2019 after working in Michelin-starred kitchens including Hôtel de Crillon’s Les Ambassadeurs, Les Prés d’Eugénie under Michel Guérard, and Garopapilles in Bordeaux. His cooking at Giscours is centered on seasonal, local cuisine built from estate produce, including vegetables, eggs, beef, lamb, and wines from the property.
