Alec Fraser is a Calgary-based chef and entrepreneur who founded Garbanzo's, a modern Mediterranean fast-casual concept, in April 2021. He is a Calgary chef and one half of Back of House, a podcast and food-and-music project, and he has said he has run some of the top operations in the country as a head chef.
