i. Biography
Álex Marugán is a Madrid-based chef and owner of Tres por Cuatro, a restaurant he launched in 2017 in the Mercado de Torrijos before relocating it to Calle Montesa in 2021. He later expanded with Pacto Raíz in Madrid’s Salamanca district, described as his second project. He is the chef/founder behind a seasonal, home-style cooking approach centered on market product and changing menus.
