Alicia Sylvester

Alicia Sylvester is Winemaker at Frank Family Vineyards in Calistoga, Napa Valley, where she joined the team in 2024 and works with Senior Winemaker & General Manager Todd Graff to oversee wine production. Before Frank Family, she spent nearly a decade at Foley Family Wines, holding winemaking roles at Lancaster Estate in Sonoma’s Alexander Valley, Merus Wines in St. Helena, and Banshee Wines in Sonoma. Her background includes global harvest work in Australia, Italy, South Africa, and Argentina, plus a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business with a minor in wine and viticulture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
