Andrea Foti is an oenologist at the Etna wine estate I Vigneri and a son of founder Salvo Foti. Born in Catania in 1998, he graduated with top marks in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Milan in 2019. At I Vigneri he focuses on oenology and quality control.
